Throughout his career, Mark has drawn on his versatile experience spanning recruitment, professional development, organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion, and mergers and acquisitions to create an effective people strategy for his business partners.
He started his career as a recruiter, and then went to work as a Human Resources Business Partner. After several years as an HRBP, he made the leap to consulting.
He now works in McGroarty & Co. Consulting’s Strategy and Talent Acquisition Group as a Senior Consultant with a strong focus on talent sourcing, engagement, and leadership coaching.
Mark joined McGroarty & Co. because of the focus and commitment the team has on their client groups and the passion they have for their craft. Working at McGroarty & Co., he can apply a “human-first” approach to solve real problems and provide a client experience that builds loyalty. He is extremely proud of the work being done here and being directly involved with creating a more interesting and promising future for his client groups.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys exploring the many historical sites and restaurants Philadelphia has to offer as well as cheering on his local Philly sports teams. He also enjoys being outdoors with his new pup, Ollie.
