Presentation Summary

With this presentation, participants will learn about the current state of gender bias in the workplace; crucial areas such as Imposter Syndrome and Pandemic Related Gender Bias will be presented in detail.  Furthermore, participants will learn how all leaders—regardless of their gender or gender identity—can take steps to unpack and reduce gender bias in our new normal. 

Learning Outcomes

During this presentation, participants will learn to:

  • Uncover current gender biases in the workplace.
  • Discover how the pandemic amplified gender bias—both at home and at work.
  • Understand how to best reduce gender bias in the workplace, regardless of industry.
